General Conditions for all Open Positions

Employment for open positions will be on a fixed-term basis for an initial period of three (3) years. At the end of the above three-year period, employees will be considered for permanent employment with the firm, and hiring decisions will be based on individual and organizational needs.
For the Executive Trainee, a three-year contract employment will first be offered to all selected, qualified candidates. During the first year, on-the-job training will be provided. After reviewing their performance during the first year, if deemed satisfactory, they will be offered two years of fixed-term employment at the appropriate level of management.
Fixed-term positions will be made permanent at the discretion of management based on satisfactory performance.
Tenure in a fixed-term position will be considered continuous service with all applicable related benefits.
Preference will be given to those with experience in the heavy chemical, fertilizer, and petrochemical industries.
Full-time qualifications at the required level in their respective fields.
