Education Qaulification
English Stenographer Grade II
- Graduation from an accredited college or equivalent.
- Speed of 120 w.p.m. of English short sentences.
- Basic knowledge of computer operation is mandatory as per Government Resolution dated August 13, 2008.
- Sufficient knowledge of English, Gujarati and Hindi.
English Stenography Grade – III (Class-III)
- Graduation from a recognized university or equivalent.
- Speed of 100 w.p.m. in English short sentences.
- Basic knowledge of computer operation is mandatory as per Government Resolution dated August 13, 2008.
- Sufficient knowledge of English, Gujarati and Hindi.

- Go to the Official Website of Gujarat High Court https://hc-ojas.gujarat.gov.in/
- Scroll down to the “Current Jobs” section and then Tap on the link for the post you wish to apply for.
- Then click “Apply Now” and on the next page click the “Register” button.
- Then click the “Request OTP” button to complete the OTP certification.
- Once the OTP authorization is complete, read the declaration and mark “I agree”.
- On the same page, fill in the captcha and reconfirm your information.
Upon successful registration, a registration number and password will be sent to your registered email address and cell phone number. - After that, Tap on the “Post Selection” tab to access the application form.
- Once you have saved your preferences, move on to the application form and fill in all the required information.
- Next, upload a scanned passport-sized photo and signature to the portal.
- Next, pay the application fee according to your preferred method.
- Once payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation message that your application is complete.
